Delivery Pass

It's a Waitrose & Partners subscription service for deliveries of Waitrose grocery products purchased from waitrose.com or via the Waitrose & Partners App.

Pay upfront, and then use it to book up to one available grocery delivery slot per day (subject to availability), at no extra delivery cost, for the duration of your subscription.

The Waitrose Delivery Pass is currently available as a 1, 6 or 12-month subscription.

In order to purchase a Delivery Pass you need to be:

- A resident within England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland
- Have a valid Waitrose & Partners online grocery account
- Aged 16 years or older

The Waitrose Delivery Pass is currently available as a 1, 6 or 12-month subscription.

You can start using your Delivery Pass immediately.

To apply your Delivery Pass to any of your pending orders, you'll need to:

- Amend the order
- Change the slot for the order (by clicking the 'change slot' button)
- Select your preferred slot (this can include your original slot)
- Checkout

or

- Cancel and rebook the order

Yes, after your initial (and any following) subscription term expires, your Delivery Pass will automatically renew for the same duration, which can be either 1, 6, or 12-months, depending on the pass you select.

We'll automatically charge you the relevant subscription fee for each renewal unless you tell us before the renewal date that you wish to end your Delivery Pass. We'll send you an email reminder of each renewal 7 days before your renewal date. 

The easiest and quickest way to do this is by accessing your Waitrose online grocery account overview and then:

- Access the 'Delivery Pass' section
- Click the 'Manage subscription' button
- Click the ‘Cancel subscription' button on the 'Current plan' (page that follows)

After stopping your auto-renewal, your pass will stay active until the end of your current subscription term. 

Your Waitrose Delivery Pass, entitles you to book one delivery slot per day, at no extra delivery cost, for the duration of your subscription.

However, it’s not guaranteed that a slot will always be available in your specific postcode on your required day and time.

Within the first 14 days of purchase, you can cancel your pass and receive a refund by contacting Customer Care.

Yes, to be able to use your Delivery Pass to book a delivery of Waitrose groceries, you'll need to satisfy the minimum trolley spend value of £40 (after any discounts, offers and savings have been deducted), which applies to any online grocery order placed on waitrose.com

We may change our minimum spend requirements at any time in accordance with our online shopping terms and conditions.

You can book one available delivery slot per day (subject to availability), at no additional delivery cost, for the duration of your subscription.

Yes, you'll get early access to Waitrose Christmas delivery slots in any given year, provided you have an active Delivery Pass that you bought before 1 September the same year.

Your early access will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be confirmed by email ahead of the Christmas period. These will include the:

- Specific period during which your early access will apply
- Number of delivery slots you can book during the Christmas period

You may use your Delivery Pass to deliver your Waitrose groceries to an alternative address in the UK other than your primary residence, eg: a holiday home.

We might ask for proof that you're associated with the delivery address used for any Delivery Pass delivery, ie, the address is your temporary or permanent home or work address, and not the home or work address of any friend or relative.

- MasterCard Debit and Credit
- Visa Debit and Credit
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
