Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish (barbecues vary in efficiency)
Grill from Chilled. Medium Heat. Time: 6-7 mins. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place grills on a grill pan and lightly brush with vegetable oil before placing under grill. Place under a medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking. Serve immediately.
Pan Fry from Chilled. Medium Heat. Time: 7-8 mins. Take a frying pan or griddle pan, brush the pan surface lightly with vegetable oil and preheat on a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Place grills in pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Serve immediately.
