Preparation and Usage
Wash potatoes before use. Boiled Potatoes Method 1 Peel and cut into even pieces. 2 Place in a pan of cold water. 3 Bring to the boil and then gently simmer until tender (20-25 minutes). Tip Try steaming instead of boiling - it keeps in more flavour. Serving Suggestion To make delicious recipe on the front of pack, simply combine 100ml olive oil, 1/4 chopped red pepper, 1/4 chopped red onion and 1/2 tsp oregano to make a dressing and drizzle over sliced boiled potatoes. Garnish with fresh flat leaf parsley to taste. Mashed Potatoes Method 1 As above for boiled potatoes. 2 Drain the potatoes and allow the steam to dry off. 3 Mash with a small amount of warmed milk and butter if liked.
