Once defrosted do not re-freeze.All appliances vary, the following is a guideline.Take care - product will be hot.Ensure the Fries are piping hot before serving.Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Heat the oil in the pan or fryer to around 180°C / 355°F.Place your Fries into the basket and let them fry for 2-3 minutes, until crisp and golden. Lift the basket and shake off the oil.Caution: Do not leave unattended when frying.
Remove all packaging. Spread the Fries evenly on a baking tray with upturned edges and place in the top of an oven preheated to 230°C / Fan 210°C / Gas Mark 8 and cook for 16-18 minutes until crisp and golden.Turn the Fries at least once during cooking to ensure an even crispness.
