    (4 portions).1 In a medium saucepan bring 450ml of water to a boil or use stock for extra flavour.2 Add 200g of Maftoul, reduce heat & simmer for 6 mins.3 Remove from heat. Stir & cover for 10 mins or until the Maftoul is tender, stirring halfway through.4 Add a little oil or butter and season to taste. Separate the grains with a fork.
