Kosher - D.Irene, who works at the Amy's Kitchen Medford plant, has fond memories of Chilli Mac for school lunch on freezing coldMichigan mornings. So it was only natural for her to mix a few spoonfuls of Amy's Kitchen Chilli with her Mac & Cheese at lunch time. Soon others were doing the same, savouring the flavour and texture of the smooth comforting mac & cheese combined with the slightly spicy chilli. One day Irene gave some to Andy, and he loved it and decided that Amy's Kitchen customers would as well. So here it is for you to eat and enjoy... a delicious gluten free meal, and another reminder that at Amy's Kitchen, free from gluten does not mean free from flavour.

    Cook from frozen. Consume immediately after heating. Do not refreeze.Ovens vary.


    From Frozen

    (800 W): Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap and gently stir. Continue to cook on high for 1 minute. Let it stand for 1 minute before serving.

    Oven cook

    From Frozen

    Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Remove overwrap and cover bowl with aluminium foil. Place on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes. Let it stand for 1 minute before serving.
