    Preparation and Usage

    Defrosting These raw Tiger prawns are easy to use. They can be defrosted quickly by removing individual prawns and running under cold water or left to stand in cold water for 5-10 mins. Do not refreeze once thawed.

    Cooking instructions

    General

    For best results cook after defrosting.Ensure prawns are cooked through but avoid overcooking so that they stay soft and moist.

    From Frozen

    Place prawns in boiling water and cook for 2-3 mins then quickly plunge in cold water to stop further cooking.

    Grill

    From Frozen

    Alternatively, grill under a high heat for 4-5 mins turning regularly.Cooked prawns will turn pinky orange.
