Preparation and Usage
Defrosting Instructions Our clams are easy and convenient to defrost with no mess or fuss. Being thin and flat our pouch can be defrosted overnight (minimum 8 hours) in the fridge or defrosted quickly under running warm water. These clams have been cooked in the bag so require no further cooking and can be eaten cold. Alternatively they can be gently warmed with the natural juices in the bag or used as an ingredient of your favourite seafood dishes such as a chowder, vongole or as an element of a seafood paella.
