    Cooking instructions


    Cook from frozen. These are guidelines only, ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.Care should be taken when removing the film lid to avoid scalding.


    From Frozen

    (850 watt. Cat D).Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place onto a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film, stir, replace film and heat for a further 3 minutes on full power. Stand for 1 minute, stir and serve.

    Oven cook

    From Frozen

    For best results oven bake.(Pre-heat, 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6).Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place onto a baking tray and cook for 35 minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir before serving.
