Preparation and Usage
How to Enjoy Flax + Chia Give your smoothie or shake a boost by simply adding 2-3 teaspoons of Flax + Chia before you blend the ingredients. Sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons onto cereal, porridge, yoghurt or even your salad to add some crunch. Mix them into homemade granola, muffins, flapjacks and cookies (see our easy recipe below for inspiration).
