Preparation and Usage
You need: plant-based butter & water How to do it You will need: 45g plant based butter, 25g water 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan oven), Gas Mark 6 and line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment. 2 Place the cookie mix and plant based butter into a mixing bowl. Use your hands to combine the ingredients until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. 3 Add the water to the mixing bowl and stir until it comes together to form a dough. 4 Chill the dough in the fridge for 5 minutes. 5 Divide the mixture into 10 balls and press down to flatten slightly. Then place on a lined baking tray, spacing them well apart. 6 Divide the chocolate chips between the 10 balls and lightly press into the dough 7 Bake in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden. 8 Leave the cookies on the baking tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Bosh! These cookies are best served warm or dunked in a cup of tea. Feel free to mix it up and add nuts, or dried fruit.
