Electric 180ºC, Fan 160ºC, Gas mark 4 Rare 20 mins per 500g (½Kg) +20 mins Medium 25 mins per 500g (½ Kg) + 25 mins Well done 30 mins per 500g (½ Kg) + 30 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 mins before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. ( Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
