Preheat oven. Remove film, place foil tray on an oven tray and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes (or until golden brown in colour). Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving. (Time 25-30 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
