"Bright, fruity & a lovely match for roast lamb" Xenia Irwin, Wine Buyer The Cumulus vineyard is located in the Orange wine region 600m above sea level. The cool climate of the area produces elegant wines such as this one, which shows plum, dark cherry and blackberry fruits with hints of pepper spice and dark chocolate.
High elevation - hand crafted. Wine of Australia. Our Climbing wines exhibit elegant yet intense fruit characters courtesy of high elevation, low yielding vines above 600m, set on ancient soils in the classic cool climate Orange appellation. Plum and dark berry fruits with hints of spice, combined with subtle oak and fine soft tannins, form a generous well structured wine. Debbie Lauritz, Winemaker
