Wine of France. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Here is yet another totally unique, limited, one-off wine that is absolutely on the QT from a hush-hush Corsican mountain vineyard site. This elegant and serious rose, made from a rare local Corsican grape variety, has been fermented in a single sandstone amphora to give it a clean pure style. Only 1,212 bottles have been made in this experimental batch. It is fine and light with strawberry fruit and a spicy edge-perfect as an aperitif or with fish and salads.
