    Preparation and Usage: Using the fresh ingredients from the shopping list, follow the 3 easy steps on the back of the packet to prepare a hassle-free dish that packs a punch. Serves: 2 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Shopping List: 250g lean mince beef 400g can chopped tomatoes 100g mushrooms 250g wholegrain pasta 1. Fry the beef and onion in a non-stick pan until browned. Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 mins. 2. Stir in the tomatoes, seasoning mix and water and simmer for 8-10 mins. 3. Meanwhile cook pasta according to pack directions. For a vegan alternative, use a vegan meat substitute instead of beef.
