    Preparation and Usage

    Preparation and Usage: Using the fresh ingredients from the shopping list, follow the 3 easy steps on the back of the packet to prepare a hassle-free dish that packs a punch. Serves: 2 Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Shopping List: 300g chicken breasts 100g cubes mango and/or red peppers 120g brown basmati rice 1 lime Fresh coriander to garnish 1. Mix the oil and lime juice with the seasoning mix and marinate the chicken for 15 mins 2. Thread chicken onto skewers together with the mango or peppers and grill until cooked. 3. Meanwhile cook rice according to pack directions and serve with the chicken garnished with coriander. For a vegan alternative, use a 300g vegan cheese instead of chicken.
