Flatbread Topped with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Rosemary
Hand stretched and stone baked. Suitable for vegetarians.Our Focaccia Romana is made with Italian '00' flour mixed into a very light dough that is hand stretched until thin. We bake it at a high temperature on a stone bed oven to make a soft crust and airy crumb. Finally, the thin, bubbly bread is dressed with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary for a classic taste of Italy.

    Oven cook

    Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place directly on oven shelf. Bake for 6 minutes at 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5 or until the Focaccia starts to turn lightly golden brown in colour.
