Serve hot as a side Eat it the Italian way Focaccia Romana is a stretched flatbread eaten in Italy as a side bread with a meal. Try adding thin slices of prosciutto on top after cooking.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place directly on oven shelf. Bake for 6 minutes at 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5 or until the Focaccia starts to turn lightly golden brown in colour.
