    Preparation and Usage

    Get Baking! Empty sachet of Egg White Powder into a small bowl. Add 2 tsps of warm water and beat well. It might look lumpy at first but keep mixing until it forms a smooth paste. Gradually add another 4 tsps of warm water and continue to mix until it thickens, resembling fresh egg white. Once reconstituted use as directed in your recipe in the same way as fresh egg white.
