Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven until juices run pink for medium and clear for well done. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time Medium - 50 minutes, Well Done - 60 minutes, Oven: 180, Fan: 160, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
