10 mins. Place required amount of frozen spinach nuggets into a saucepan, heat gently stirring continuously until cooked. Drain and serve. Check that food is hot. Do not reheat once cooled.

For best results microwave from frozen. Place 1/2 of the pack of spinach in a microwaveable dish, cover with suitable film and pierce in several places. Heat on full power, stirring halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute, drain and serve. Stir before serving. Check that food is hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 5 mins, 900W: 4½ mins, 1000W: 4½ mins)
