Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Foil pad does not need to be removed as it is oven safe. Place foil tray directly on oven shelf in centre of oven and cook for 50 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes, remove bands and carve. (Time 50 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
