Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and divider. Place foil tray on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven until the skin is golden and crisp. Ensure chicken is fully cooked throughout and juices run clear. ……Chefs tip - for best results baste the chicken with the cooking juices 10 minutes before end of cook time.
