Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and sachet of sauce. Place foil tray on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, pour sachet of sauce over chicken and cook for a further 10 minutes and until the chicken is fully cooked throughout and the juices run clear. There may be slight pinking of the chicken where it has been in contact with the bacon. To serve: place chicken on warm serving plates, stir cooking juices and sauce in tray and pour over the chicken. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
