Preheat oven. …Remove film lid. Lift en croutes from the foil using the parchment paper and brush with egg wash. Carefully remove en croutes from the parchment paper and place directly onto a baking tray. Place tray into a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Cook thoroughly until product is piping hot, the pastry is golden brown, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Ensure hot before eating (Time 20-25 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
