Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place glaze sachet to one side. …Place foil tray on a baking tray in centre of oven for 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven on baking tray, cut open sachet of glaze and pour evenly over the trout. Place back in oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 17-18 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
