Remove all packaging. Place lamb in a roasting dish in centre of oven. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 10-15 mins before carving. (Time 25 mins per 500g + 25 mins Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
