Grill Time: 10 mins. Grilling Instructions: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. ***grill is the preferred methods so it should be placed on top of pan fry method.
Pan Fry. Time: 6 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add steaks and fry for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
