Grill: Preheat grill to medium to high heat. Remove all packaging. Place turkey steaks on a wire rack over a grill pan. Brush steaks lightly with oil. Turn half way through cooking. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 8-10 minutes)
For best results pan fry. Heat 1 dessertspoon (7ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and add turkey steaks to the pan. Cook on a medium to high heat turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 4 minutes)
