Grill - Chilled. Medium to High heat - 8-10 mins. Preheat grill to medium to high heat. Remove all packaging. Place turkey steaks on a wire rack over a grill pan. Brush steaks lightly with oil. Turn half way through cooking. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Pan Fry - Chilled. Medium to High heat - 4 mins. Heat 1 dessertspoon (7ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and add turkey steaks to the pan. Cook on a medium to high heat turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
