Oven Cook: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place turkey fillets in a roasting dish, brush with oil and place in the centre of the oven. Cook until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 25 minutes Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Pan Fry: Heat 1 dessertspoon (7ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and add turkey fillets to the pan. Cook on a medium to high heat turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 12-15 minutes)
