Oven cook

You will need.. 2 medium eggs 150ml cold semi-skimmed milk 50ml vegetable oil which are not included. TO BAKE A CAKE: 1. Pre heat the oven: 180ºC/350ºF/Fan 160ºC/Gas Mark 4 2. Grease and line 2 x 7' sandwich tins 3. In a mixing bowl add the sponge mix, 2 medium eggs, 150ml cold semi-skimmed milk and 50ml of vegetable oil 4. Using an electric mixer, mix on slow for 30 seconds then fast for 2 minutes 5. Pour the mixture equally into the pre-lined tins 6. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes until well risen. 7. Allow to cool in the tins for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. TO BAKE CUPCAKES: 1. Pre heat the oven: 180ºC/350ºF/Fan 160ºC/Gas Mark 4 2. Place 12 cupcake cases into a cupcake baking tray 3. In a mixing bowl add the sponge mix, 2 medium eggs, 150ml cold semi-skimmed milk and 50ml of vegetable oil 4. Using an electric mixer, mix on slow for 30 seconds then fast for 2 minutes 5. Pour the mixture equally into the 12 cupcake cases 7. Bake in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes until well risen. 8. Allow to cool in the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. (Time 25-30 minutes Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
