Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Preheat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven for remaining time until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. For best results: Add choice of sauce, stock and vegetables after browning the meat. (Time 1 - 1 1/4 hours, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
Pan Fry. Time: 12-14 minutes. Remove all packaging. Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan. Place the meat into the pan, turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
