Pan Fry. Time: 6-7 minutes. Remove all packaging. Trim livers. Heat 25g butter in a frying pan, add livers and cook on a high to moderate heat for 6-7 mins. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled
