SLOW ROAST Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Cover with foil and place on a roasting tray in centre of oven, remove foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time SLOW ROAST 40 mins per 500g (1/2kg) + 40 mins Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
