Pasta tips Use a large pan to boil your pasta water Stir occasionally during cooking Cooking*: Per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
