6 stuffing portions wrapped in a rasher of dry-cured streaky bacon. The stuffing is made up of tender British pork sausagemeat mixed with orange marmalade, onion confit, sloe gin and cranberries topped with a crunchy almond crumble.

Cooking instructions

General

Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Place stuffing portions onto a non-stick baking tray and into the centre of a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear. (Time 30-35 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
