Potato and Rosemary Sourdough Loaf
Made with fresh rosemary and nigella seeds, this fragrant, savoury loaf owes its appeal to roasted potatoes that are baked in the bread oven. When taken straight out of the heat, the loaves are brushed with olive oil to create a distinctive, soft crust. If there is ever any leftover, this bread makes great croutons and stuffing.
