Medium heat. Remove ham crown from all outer packaging and place onto a suitable serving plate or dish. Decant the sachet contents into a small saucepan. Heat over a medium heat, stirring continuously for 2-3 mins until the glaze is piping hot. Gently pour the glaze evenly over the ham crown. Rest for 5 mins before slicing into segments and serving.


For best results, grill. Medium Heat. Preheat grill. Remove ham crown from outer packaging and place on a baking tray. Open glaze sachet and pour evenly over the ham crown. Place under the grill for 5 minutes until the glaze starts to bubble. Serve pouring any excess glaze over the crown before slicing into segments.
