Grill

For best results, grill. Medium Heat. Preheat grill. Remove ham crown from outer packaging and place on a baking tray. Open glaze sachet and pour evenly over the ham crown. Place under the grill for 5 minutes until the glaze starts to bubble. Serve, pouring any excess glaze over the crown before slicing and serving.

Hob

Medium heat. Remove ham crown from all outer packaging and place onto a suitable serving plate or dish. Decant the sachet contents into a small saucepan. Heat over a medium heat, stirring continuously for 2-3 mins until the glaze is piping hot. Gently pour the glaze evenly over the ham crown. Rest for 5 mins before slicing and serving.
