The complete kit, created so that you can enjoy the ultimate turkey roast. Includes a brine for you to add succulence and flavour, a herb butter for basting and a rich silky jus for you to finish with. The turkey crown should be placed in the brine bag for 24 hours before cooking.

Preheat oven. Place container on a baking tray in centre of a preheated oven. Remove the foil for the final 20 minutes of cooking. Check the turkey is cooked by piercing the thickest part of the meat with a skewer. The turkey is cooked when the juices run clear. Once cooked, remove the crown from the foil container and allow to rest for 10 - 15 minutes before carving. ……To heat the poultry jus:…Hob 6-8 minutes. Empty contents of poultry jus sachet into a saucepan and heat over a moderate to high heat, stirring occassionally. Heat until piping hot and serve with the carved turkey. (Time 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
