Roasted Tomato and Pesto Quiche
Heroically herby. Aromatic basil pesto and Mature Cheddar. Free range eggs, as always. Seeded spelt shortcrust pastry. Topped with roasted tomatoes. Vegetarian Society Approved. All ingredients are suitable for vegetarians. However, this quiche is made in a kitchen where we also make non-vegetarian pies and quiches.

    Oven cook

    This quiche is ready to eat cold but tastes best heated up. Preheat oven to 160°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3. Remove all packaging & place on a tray on the middle shelf of the oven for about 20 minutes. This is a guide only (some ovens vary). Do not reheat once cooled.
