TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE. Electric 180°C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per kilo. Fan 160°C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per kilo. Gas Mark 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per kilo. + 20 mins + 25 mins + 30mins. Preparation and cooking instructions:…Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
