Recipe Suggestion - Madras Chicken Chettinad Curry in 3 Easy Steps 1: Ingredients you'll need: 400g diced Boneless Chicken Breasts, 1 medium sized red bell pepper chopped. 2: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, add the chicken and chopped red pepper & lightly sauté for 2-3 minutes. 3: Add Holy Cow! Madras Chettinad Curry Sauce and simmer for 7-8 mins or until the chicken is cooked through Serve with rice or naan (maybe a beer!). And enjoy.
