Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Line a roasting tray with foil, add the gammon and place in the centre of the oven. …10 mins before the end of cooking remove the cooking liquor and pour 1/3 of the glaze over the gammon. Leave the gammon to rest for 10 minutes and pour over remaining 2/3 of sachet before carving. (Time 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
