Cooking instructions

All appliances vary. This is a guide only. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat and packaging. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sachet to one side. Line a roasting tray with foil, add the gammon and place in the centre of the oven. …10 mins before the end of cooking remove the cooking liquor and pour 1/3 of the glaze over the gammon. Leave the gammon to rest for 10 minutes and pour over remaining 2/3 of sachet before carving. (Time 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
