Preparation and Usage
How to Cook: Allow 85g of pasta per person. Bring a large pan of salted water to a rolling boil and add the conchigliette. Let is come back to the boil and cook for about 8 minutes, until cooked through but still with a bit of a bite (as the Italians say,"al dente"). Drain and serve or stir into your sauce.
