    Oven cook

    Preheat the fan assisted oven to 160°C (180°C conventional ovens) / Gas Mark 4. Line a baking tray with non-stick greaseproof paper.1. While the oven is preheating, take the cookie dough out of the fridge, open the packet, and break off the pre-scored dough into 12 pieces.2. Place the chilled cookies on a tray lined with baking paper, leaving approximately 4-5 cm between each cookie. This will allow for the cookies to spread out during baking.3. Bake in the preheated fan assisted oven at 160°C for 11-13 minutes.4. When baked, the cookies will be very hot and fragile, so make sure you let them cool for approximately 5 minutes, and then take them off the baking tray.Tip: for perfectly rounded cookies, take the dough out of the fridge for around 10-15 minutes before baking, or shape the corners of each cookie to make them more circular.
