Preparation and Usage
From Scratch to your oven in 5 minutesPecan PiePrep : 5 minPreheat: 350°F ovenBake: 60-70 MinServings: 81 cup Karo®light Corn Syrup3 eggs1 cup sugar2 Tbsp. butter, melted1 tsp. vanilla extract1- 1/2 cups (6 ounces) pecans1 unbaked 9-inches deep dish pie crustHigh Attitude Adjustments:Reduce sugar to 2/3 cup and increase butter to 3 Tbsp. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.Stir the first 5 ingredients thoroughly using a spoon. Mix in pecans.Pour into pie crust.Bake on centre rack of oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool for 2 hours.Store in pie in refrigerator.Tips: Pie is done when center reaches 200°F. Tap center surface of pie lightly; it shouldspring back when done. For easy cleanup, spray. If pie crust is over-browning, cover edges with foil.
