    Cooking instructions

    General

    Cooking instructions given are the whole pack. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving.

    Grill

    Remove all packaging. Preheat grill and wire rack to a moderate heat. Place sausages directly on the wire rack and grill for 12 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Oven cook

    Remove sleeve and film lid but leave vegetarian sausages in the foil tray. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place foil tray with vegetarian sausages onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes, turning them occasionally.
