    All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving. Grill for best results.


    Preheat grill and wire rack to a moderate heat and grill for 10-12 mins.Remove all packaging. Preheat grill and wire rack to a moderate heat. Place 2 vegetarian sausages directly on the wire rack and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Oven cook

    Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 16 mins.Remove sleeve and film lid but leave vegetarian sausages in the foil tray. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place foil tray with 6 vegetarian sausages onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 16 minutes, turning occasionally.
