Red English WineWine of England.The vineyard is nestled upon beautiful slopes overlooking Maud Heath's historic causeway, between the villages of East Tytherton and Bremhill in the Wiltshire countryside. This wine is made from our Rondo, and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully hand picked in Autumn 2017, after a long, warm, growing season. Deep crimson red in colour with aromas of cassis and red plum on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with a soft silky texture, and a subtle hint of spice from the oak, which leads to a long moreish finish. The wine has been gently aged in French oak barrels for five months, to add more depth and complexity.
