Time: 4 minsPower: 800WRemove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power for 4 minutes (800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Time: 20-25 minsTemp: 190ºC, Fan 170ºCPreheat oven to 190ºC, Fan 170ºC, Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute for the tray to regain its rigidity.
