Microwave

From Frozen

8 1/2-9 mins- Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.- Place on a microwavable plate.- Cook on full power (900W) for 81/2 mins, (800W) 9 mins.- Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Oven cook

From Frozen

40-45 mins- Preheat oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/ gas mark 7.- Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 40-45 minutes.- Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
